New Direction Christian Center’s Mission is to uplift spirits and lives by preaching, making disciples, teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, and baptizing in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. To empower those who have lost their direction, to provide support for those who are hurting and to bring comfort to those who are afflicted. To restore faith and a spirit of hope in our community and in the lives of our brothers and sisters.
Being an integral part of the community, we understand the importance of encouraging each other in the Lord. Even the strong in faith, the spiritually mature and the well-versed in scripture are bombarded by anxieties and concerns and need to hear the word of God to latch on to the anchor that saves and comfort.
For NDCC, God’s command regarding the tired, the afflicted and the less fortunate are our guiding light. Besides encouragement, our Ministry aims to provide tangible proofs of God’s love, His goodness, His mercy and His grace.
The value of hope is often underestimated because it is not tangible and cannot be touched. Undervalued and ignored, people still need a dose of hope: for salvation, eternal life with Jesus, His second coming, an abundant life and a life free from sin and evil.
We believe in faith that God is able to do above and beyond what we can even imagine. It is in this hope that we dwell, confident that all things work together for good to those who love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. We remain committed to sharing this hope with others.
